For a single-week trip, light users often need only maps, messaging, tickets, and occasional browsing. Add more headroom if you expect to share a hotspot, upload video, work remotely, or rely on mobile data between islands and hotels.

Set up before takeoff
Install over reliable Wi-Fi if the plan instructions allow it, but do not activate early when validity begins at installation.
