Installing your eSIM

Install securely with the QR code or activation details inside My eSIMs.

Open your private installation details

Sign in to My eSIMs and open the purchased profile. Do not share its QR code, activation code, or manual installation details.

Add the eSIM

Open your phone’s mobile-network settings and choose Add eSIM.

  • Scan the QR code from another screen.
  • Or enter the supplied SM-DP+ and activation details.
  • Label the line JETZIO or with the destination name.

Connect at your destination

Select the new eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line. Disable automatic switching to your home line.
