How do I install my eSIM?⌄
Sign in with the verified purchase email, open My eSIMs, and use the QR code or one-tap installation link supplied for that profile.
When will I receive my eSIM?⌄
Most eSIMs arrive by email shortly after payment. You can also find your purchase in My eSIMs.
Can I make calls and send SMS?⌄
Most plans are data-only. You can still use apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Messenger over data.
What happens when I use up my data?⌄
Your data connection stops. If your plan supports top-ups, an option to add more data appears in My eSIMs.
Can I get a refund?⌄
Eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used. Read the refund policy before installing it.
Why does my phone show no service?⌄
Confirm the eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data, and has data roaming enabled. Restart the device and verify that you are inside the package coverage area.
